Jordi Moliner Salinas was born at the end of the fifties in Badalona, Barcelona. After having studied Architecture at E.T.S.A.B. (Barcelona), he established its own professional office in 1982, creating then the Poch & Moliner and Partners Corporation.

Since then, he has carried out many works both for the public sector and as a private initiative: equipments, public spaces, dwellings, commercial and industrial buildings, interior decoration, furniture design, etc.

He has given lectures and courses as a guest teacher in different European and American countries, and he has won important awards like: "premi FAD d'Arquitectura" (FAD of Architecture Awards), the "Ciutat de Barcelona" one (Barcelona City Award) on interior decoration, the "Ciutat de Badalona" (Badalona City) one, on Architecture, and the Gold Medal of Buenos Aires Architecture Biennial Exhibition.

His work has been published on magazines and books of international prestige. Amongst them we can emphasize: Quaderns d´Arquitectura, European Pubs & Bars, Ardi, El Croquis, Architecture d´Aujourd´hui, etc.

Amongst his projects we can stress the courts building of Badalona and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Fundació Roca i Pi old people's home, Can Casacuberta Central Library, Badalona International Centre of Business, Badalona´s Decathlon, IKEA buildings in Badalona, l'Hospitalet and Amadora (Lisbon), the Urbis-Cenefa plants in Montigalà or the redesigning project of the Club Natació Terrassa (Terrassa Swimming Club).
