50 apartment building in Badalona.
The building is L shaped and adapts to the geometry coming from the structure of the existing warehouses on the block, as a way to control the commercial operation, which prioritized other objectives. Two clearly differentiated facades are proposed: the one facing the street and the one facing the inner courtyard of the block. On the street side, there are occasional triangular-shaped balconies that get progressively larger as they go up, to reduce the impact on pedestrians. The courtyard facade, facing the main spaces, has a continuous balcony design intended for its specific function.
