The project, with 41 homes and 2 commercial premises, is made up of two blocks joined by the ground floor and the basement that occupy the entire plot, serving as a plinth. Above the ground floor are born the two blocks that grow parallel to the streets. The longest is part of the facade to the Canal of the Port of Badalona.
